so much reading and prep … so little motivation.

right now the prep work includes:

• read through jeremiah twice – done
• read the prophetic persona – halfway there – then review it (3-5 pages so no big deal)
• read the new aermican commentary on jeremiah and lamentations. – 1/3 there
• read new international commentary on jeremiah
• read prep work for backgrounds paper – right now this is 2 additional books, 3 journal articles, and several other things. of course, the list continues to grow.
• complete backgrounds paper, 12-15 pages – the hard part here will be saying what is necessary to have it view adequately within 12-15 pages.

now i’m getting back to work and not procrastinating. i will not procrastinate.
